The Fleximate 2-Piece Flanges provide an alternative to, and are interchangeable with, Coloplast's Assura* 2-piece ostomy system, providing users with more choice.

The benefits to you...

The Fleximate 2-piece flanges are designed with softness, flexibility and comfort in mind. This has been achieved by laminating the hydrocolloid skin barrier with a flexible thin layer of polymeric foam.
To provide comfort and protection for the stoma the flanges have no plastic film, which can potentially damage the stoma.
For mild and severe stomal retraction we offer a range of shallow and deep convexity flanges**.
All Fleximate flanges will securely fit Coloplast's Assura 40mm, 50mm and 60mm 2-piece pouches.*
Available in corresponding flange gasket sizes: 40mm, 50mm and 60mm. Also available in a wide selection of pre-cut sizes which can easily be stretched to the exact stoma size.

**All convex products should be used upon the advice and guidance of a Stoma Care Nurse.

**** IMPORTANT UPDATE - This is to inform you that the box quantity is changing for our range of Fleximate SuperSoft Convexity Flanges, effective from August 1st 2013. The quantity will increase from 3 to 5 flanges in a box.

Although there will be a deletion notice against these products in the June and July issue of the Drug Tariff, it only refers to the change in quantity from 3 to 5 flanges in a box and that these products are NOT BEING DISCONTINUED.

These products will then be relisted in the Drug Tariff from August 1st with the new box quantity of 5 flanges in a box and ordering codes will remain the same.
